Get your tickets to Spring Cuisine at Historic Cane Hill, for an evening in the historic Cane Hill College. Enjoy mocktails and a fresh, four-course, small-plate dinner. While you dine, interact with ONF chef, Heather Artripe, while she dishes on recipes and demonstrates how to cook certain courses of the meal.

Mixed Crudité
Assorted crudité served with a carrot top & kale pesto.

Herby Spring Salad
Roasted potatoes, asparagus, radishes, with dill, peas, cured egg yolks, and a honey mustard vinaigrette.

Spring Pasta Primavera
Local pasta tossed with fresh spring vegetables in a white wine butter sauce. *Add chicken*

Spring Thyme Shortcakes

Lemon & Thyme buttermilk biscuits, with herb glazed berries, & fresh whipped cream.

Herbalicious Drink
Pureed cucumber, pH Herbalicious syrup, and lime juice topped with sparkling water, mint, and a cucumber slice.

Doors will open at 5:45 pm, and dinner will begin at 6:00 pm in the College auditorium. Only thirty seats are available for Spring Cuisine, so be sure to reserve your spot today!
