Historic Cane Hill’s premier event facility is the recently-restored Cane Hill College Building. Built in 1886 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the college boasts 6,000 square ft with a variety of rental options for events of all sizes. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available. The college features an auditorium with stage and A/V equipment, a meeting or reception room upstairs, two meeting rooms or reception areas downstairs, a catering kitchen, a bride’s lounge, and tables & chairs for up to 200 guests.
The college grounds feature 3 acres of outdoor space. The large grassy space sits at the base of a hill with a backdrop of giant walnut trees and the historic Cane Hill College building. Outdoor access to electricity and water are available upon request. Tents may be placed on the grounds with permission.

Rental periods are 6 hours, additional cost per hour is listed. Tables and chairs are included in the rental. Tables are included subject to availability. Set up is included, but layout is required at least two weeks prior to the event.
