The Four-Course Quail Dinner Returns on April 18

In celebration of the close of the 2026 Arkansas Quail and Turkey Stamp Art Exhibition, Historic Cane Hill will host our third annual Four-Course Dinner with Chef Case Dighero featuring quail, trout, pears, and more. Weather permitting, guests will dine outdoors next to scenic Jordan Creek.

About the chef:
Case Dighero is an influential component of the culinary community of Arkansas and the High South. He owns the project-based company Edible Culture, which focuses on culinary insights through the lenses of writing, chef work, and entertainment. He is also the food editor of Citiscapes Metro Monthly magazine. Dighero served as Director of Culinary at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where he helped define the High South philosophy for the museum’s culinary program. He has partnerships with Appleseeds Teaching Garden and the James Beard Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
