Inaugural Quail Dinner

Join us March 16 for our inaugural Quail Dinner. This four-course dinner will be prepared by award-winning local chef Case Dighero. Weather permitting, guests will dine outdoors next to scenic Jordan Creek.

Case Dighero is an influential component of the culinary community of Arkansas and the High South. He owns the project-based company Edible Culture, which focuses on culinary insights through the lenses of writing, chef work, and entertainment. He is also the food editor of Citiscapes Metro Monthly magazine. Dighero served as Director of Culinary at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where he helped define the High South philosophy for the museum’s culinary program. Dighero has hosted several popular public programs, including Wednesday Over Water (WOW), DISH (featuring women in cuisine), and the CR(EAT)E Food Series. He has partnerships with Appleseeds Teaching Garden and the James Beard Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
