Call to Artists: 3rd Annual Arkansas High School Artists Competition and Exhibition

Entry for the 3rd Annual Arkansas High School Artists Competition and Exhibition is open! This program is sponsored by Historic Cane Hill, Inc. in partnership with the University of Arkansas School of Art. The exhibition and competition are open to any Arkansas high school student currently in the 10th-12th grade.     

The competition Grand Prize is the Historic Cane Hill Young Artist Scholarship. This prize is awarded as a scholarship to an Arkansas senior in high school to attend the University of Arkansas Fayetteville School of Art in Fayetteville. The prize includes the cost of tuition and fees for full-time enrollment in the 2022-2023 academic year valued at $10,000!

Additional awards will go to sophomore, junior, and senior artists.

The deadline for entries is 11:59pm on Sunday, October 17thThere is no fee to apply!   

A jury of representatives from arts organizations across the state will review the submitted works. A virtual exhibition and reception ceremony for the artists, educators, their families, and friends will take place on Friday, November 19th at 6pm.
